Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

  • Packaging: All original tags attached and in its original packaging.

  • Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages, Exceptions, and Exchanges

  • Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Non-Returnable: We cannot accept returns on perishables (food/flowers), custom/personalized products, personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to swap an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.
