The 30-Day Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: In the same condition that you received it.

  • Usage: Unworn or unused.

  • Packaging: Must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.

  • Proof: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  3. Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to Marvani without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue right away and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or customization reasons:

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The same condition requirements (unworn, tags, original packaging) apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
